Day Of Coordinator / Director - $850

This service includes rehearsal and day-of planning only.

Initial consultation to discuss the wedding timeline, finalize ceremony logistics and more.

Month Of Coordination - $1,300

This service is designed for couples who have completed their wedding planning and want a flawless day of execution. Services begin 30 days prior to the wedding. This package includes:

Initial & up to 2 succeeding consultations to discuss the wedding timeline, finalize ceremony logistics and more.
Unlimited phone & e-mail contact
Custom timeline for rehearsal & wedding day
Vendor communication and delegation
Wedding rehearsal coordination
Wedding day coordination
Time management
Help with last minute needs for décor setup
Unlimited hours on wedding day
Coordination of all wedding day events
Transport all personal items from ceremony to reception
Organize bridal party for Grand Entrance & Exit

Partial Planning - $2,000

This service is designed for couples who have started planning the wedding but need assistance with the final decisions and details. This could be recommending great wedding vendors or pulling together the wedding décor. Services begin when the contract for the venue is signed. This package includes:

Initial & up to 4 succeeding consultations to discuss the wedding timeline, finalize ceremony logistics and more.
Unlimited phone & e-mail contact
Customized "to do list" and budget establishment
Review vendor contracts
Assist in selecting remaining vendors which includes attending meetings if necessary (up to 2)
Custom timeline for rehearsal & wedding day
Attend final walk-thru meeting of ceremony and reception venue
Vendor confirmation a week before wedding with constant communication and delegation
Wedding rehearsal coordination
Wedding day coordination
Time management
Help with last minute needs for décor setup
Unlimited hours on wedding day
